Refunds and Exchange Policy

Refunds are not allowed. However, to be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

1. The item must be unused and in its original condition.
2. It must be returned in its original packaging.
3. A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
4. The exchange request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.

Please note that sale items and certain categories of products (such as custom-made items) may not be eligible for exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm this and will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, as long as stock it available.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and any additional shipping costs to send your exchanged item.
